Pleated flymesh presents uneven heights

Invisible insect screens (pleated flymesh) are becoming a necessity in every household. When they are unfolded, they can prevent us from diseases caused by insect bites. While they can be retracted and do not take up space if you do not need it.

At the same time of pursuing the practicality, we also consider aesthetics. Therefore, the unevenness of the folds when the screen is retracted becomes one of the key factors in choosing screens (of course, other factors can be resilience and durability).

The right side of the picture below is a substandard pleated screen. The unevenness of the folds is obvious. The reason is likely that the pleating machine is not intalled with servo controls and the machine operator fails to accurately tweak the distance between the upper and lower blades as well as the gap between the upper and lower heating plates.
