We succeeded in pleating various window blinds on our modified knife pleating machine

After repeated trials and improvements, the knife pleating machines are fully capable of pleating woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, coated non-woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, etc. 
The pleat height ranges from 14 mm to 20 mm. The maximum pleating speed of the machine with a width of 3 meters is 80 folds per minute, and the working temperature ranges from 80 to 110 degrees. It has no doubt that different materials perform differently on the same knife pleating machine.
